Vijiriega 2009

Grape Varietal: 85% Vijiriega (which is native to the Alpujarra) 15% Chardonnay
Appearance: Straw yellow with a hint of pale light green
Aroma/Nose: Honey and white flowers, peaches and apricot, citric fruits, vanilla and yogurt. Wild herbs, wheat field.
Flavor/Pallet: Powerful, creamy yet fresh, crisp. Very fruity with touches of fresh produce and lemonade. Intriguingly nutty flavor
Aged two months in American oak barrels.
A fine aperitif and would pair well with light dishes
