Appearance: Gold Straw
Aroma/Nose: French oak vanilla, peach, quince, apricot and grapefruit. Fresh pastry batter.
Flavor/Pallet: Creamy and elegant with flavors of citrus and pineapple with slight hints of nutty oak.
Finish; Long persistence that brings back the fruits
Aged two months in American oak barrels.
