Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Grape Varietal: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Merlot
Appearance: Intense garnet with strong layer. Impressive long legs
Aroma/Nose: Very ripe red fruits and violet flowers
Flavor/Pallet: Big, sweet, slightly Port-y entry, but round and balanced, lovely with moderate tannins totally covered by fruit. Well structured and velvety gorgeous figs jam, with marmalades of ripen berries, cherries and plums with subtle hints of vanilla.
Finish: Long and complex persistence which brings back the fruits noticed in the beginning
Aged twelve months in American and French oak barrels.
